1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Yunjian (yunjianclub.online) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Age requirement
This platform is for users aged 18 and over only. By using the platform you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and deleted.
3. Prohibited content
Users must not post: · Any sexual content involving minors, whether fictional or not · Contact details of any kind (phone, social media, email, address) · Information that identifies another person's real identity · Invitations or arrangements for offline meetups · Harassment, threats or defamation · Any content that violates Australian law Prohibited content will be removed and the account may be permanently banned.
4. Offline meetups
The platform explicitly prohibits organising any offline meetups through the platform. We accept no liability for any consequences of violating this rule. Accounts found arranging meetups will be immediately banned.
5. User content
You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content you grant the platform the right to display it. The platform may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
6. Reporting content
To report content that violates these terms, use the report button on the content or email legal@yunjianclub.online. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
7. Account suspension
Violating these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice. Serious violations such as posting content involving minors will be reported to relevant law enforcement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Yunjian is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided 'as is' without any warranty of continuity or freedom from errors.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Australia.
