1. Information we collect
Account information: email address and nickname provided at registration. User content: stories, journal entries and dating posts you publish. Usage data: anonymous visit statistics collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no personal identifiers, no cookies).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the platform, send account-related notifications (such as password reset emails), and improve the platform. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Account and content data is stored in Supabase's database service (servers in the Asia-Pacific region). We apply reasonable technical measures including encrypted transmission and access controls to protect your data.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required by law or a lawful government request, or where necessary to protect the safety of the platform, users or the public.
5. Your rights (Australian Privacy Act)
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account and associated data. To exercise these rights, email legal@yunjianclub.online.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous traffic statistics. The tool does not use cookies and does not track individual identities, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act.
7. Minors
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of a minor using the platform we will promptly delete their account and data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and notifying registered users through the platform.
